Grind Kochi x Sol Studio is a fitness and community event taking place at Sol Studio, Kathrikadavu, Kochi on 2 August 2026. Presented by Maverick & Farmer Coffee, the event brings together GRIND, Sol Studio, and Dawnage Run Club for what is described as Kochi's first-ever Monsoon Rave, featuring fitness, movement, community activities, specialty coffee, and a sober morning rave experience.
